2011 Filings before Foreign Investment Registry

It is already August, 2011.  Mexican companies with foreign investment should have filed its annual report before the National Commission for Foreign Investment.

This Report contains financial and statistical information for governmental reference to prepare economic plans.

If your company missed it, it is possible to present a late filing with the corresponding fine.

Here is a tip. If you are presenting this late filing, you should review other missing filings of foreign investment and accumulate the fines.
